This alarm is easy to use and works reliably when wetness is sensed if clipped in just the right spot. My personal advice for best result is to use sensor with cotton and tight fitted under wear and clean the sensor regularly with tap water so there should be no urine deposits left on the sensor. The vibration in addition to the sound alarm helps to wake up even heavy sleepers.
