Returns and Exchange

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we hope that your child stops wetting the bed with One Stop Bedwetting products. Please read our returns and exchange policy carefully. For lost or damaged shipments, see instructions below. Additional Information for defective or missing components can be found at the bottom of this page.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products in “new and unused” condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping and handling fees. New and unused means unopened, in salable condition and not used. To ensure product integrity and for health, hygiene and sanitary reasons we are unable to accept returns on a used or opened bedwetting alarms unless the product is damaged or is defective. Sales of all other products including bedwetting alarm accessories, waterproof bedding, potty training tools (toilet training tools), bedwetting books and urine stain removers are final and returns/exchanges will not be processed. All returns and refunds are subject to final approval from our Customer Service Department. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns on unopened products. We cannot refund original shipping fees or the cost of return shipping. Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.

One Stop Bedwetting examines all products that are returned. If the product is damaged or not with the original packaging we will return the product to the customer and shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please call us at (800) 230-6775 (9am to 5 pm Monday through Friday PST). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return and credit request to be processed.

 

Return Instructions

For unopened products, returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested by you within 30 days of receiving the order: RMA requests past the 30-day period will not be accepted. Returned bedwetting alarm systems without clearly marked RMA number will not be accepted and returned at the customer’s expense. Product must be mailed within 15 days of receiving an RMA number. No return packages will be accepted after this time period. Please return all products via insured shipping. This shipping method allows for tracking of the package. One Stop Bedwetting will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. In addition to your 30-day return guarantee, consumers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days.

To initiate any return and obtain your RMA number please call us at (800) 230-6775 (9am to 5 pm Monday through Friday PST) with the following information:

Your name, Order number, Product name, Reason for return, Type of return (Refund / Exchange / Defective Replacement).

Upon approval from our customer service department, the original credit card will be refunded the price of the returned item(s), minus a restocking fee of 20%, and any other additional shipping charges incurred by us to ship the product to you.

 

Damaged and Lost Shipments

Upon arrival of your shipment, please check the contents of your order immediately and report any discrepancies or damages within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. We must report all damages immediately to the carrier for inspection; therefore, we ask that you keep all merchandise and packaging in as delivered condition. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged, or if it is lost; we will make every effort to correct this situation. Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete. Although we are unable expedite replacements, please be assured that we will work diligently with the carrier to resolve these matters expeditiously.

 

Defective Products and Missing Components

We are committed to providing the best quality merchandise. One Stop Bedwetting reserves the right to replace the defective parts of merchandise with new or refurbished components. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are unable to express ship replacement pieces. If a replacement part cannot be obtained, a new item will be shipped when available. Regretfully, we are unable to accept cancellations after merchandise arrives.
