Place the Chummie bedwetting alarm unit on the bedside or someplace convenient where your child can hear the alarm and reach it to turn it off. Place the IntelliFlex mat in the enclosed reusable, washable sleeve and secure the IntelliFlex mat on the bed. Place the bed sheet directly over the mat. Ensure that your child does not come in contact with the mat. The mat is very sensitive and sweat from the body can trigger the Chummie alarm.

Gently clean the IntelliFlex mat with a damp cotton cloth, then immediately pat dry with a towel or cloth – DO NOT USE SOAP OR LIQUID DETERGENT. DO NOT WASH THE PLUG (the end that goes into the alarm unit)
Some children sweat more than other children. This may cause the IntelliFlex mat to go off at night. To minimize false alarms, follow the step below.
• Place the IntelliFlex mat in the enclosed reusable, washable sleeve.
• Place a bed sheet directly over the mat enclosed in the sleeve.
• To start monitoring for bedwetting events, insert the mat plug into the Chummie alarm. The alarm unit will beep twice signaling a successful connection has been established.

For daytime storage, disconnect the IntelliFlex mat from the Chummie bedwetting alarm unit. The alarm unit beeps once and enters standby (power save) mode.
The Chummie Alarm and IntelliFlex mat are very sensitive and sweat from the body can trigger the alarm. Make sure that that skin does not come in contact with the mat. It is always recommended to first place the mat in reusable, washable sleeve and then put it under a bedsheet.
Wipe the IntellIFlex mat with a damp cloth and then clean dry. Do NOT place under water or submerge in water.
It’s a good idea to use waterproof overlays. These will protect the mattress from urine stains. However, the mat should always be placed on top of the waterproof bedding. Never place the mat below the waterproof bedding or else the alarm will not detect any urine
Always place the IntelliFlex mat on top of the waterproof bedding. The mat needs to detect urine. Placing the mat on top of the IntelliFlex mat will stop urine from touching the mat and the system will not alert the user correctly.
Store the waterproof bedding as you would store any other bedding. Simply fold or roll as desired and place it where you normally store clothes. Avoid contact with sharp objects which could cut or puncture the bedding.

Finally after years of trying this did the trick. Our child is the heaviest sleeper. This alarm is a real victory. Four weeks and she is getting up dry. We are keeping alarm and waterproof bedding at stand mode. I wish I had purchased this years ago.

This product is simply amazing. We had tried different pee alarms, medicine from the doctor, as well as all the tricks to avoid accidents. My son was 12.5 years old and we were extremely desperate to actually solve the problem. He is a deep sleeper. This alarm has loud tone and vibration that could really wake him up.

Alarm does what’s supposed to do. Unlike some other models the sounds are strong and battery life is great .sensor attachment to underwear is good and detects the urine fast. Helped our son overcome bedwetting within two weeks. Great bedding too.

We were struggling with our six-year-old wetting his bed at night. We literally tried everything you can think of. This was our last hope. We were reluctant to give this a try. The alarm worked in two-weeks and here are our results: Week one: 2 wet nights. Week two: 1 wet night. Week three: TOTALLY DRY .
